Welcome to Kraftscart LTD. By accessing our website, creating a bio-link, listing your business in our directory, or using our WhatsApp store tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the services provided by Kraftscart LTD (\"the Service\"), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Description of Service
Kraftscart LTD provides a digital marketing ecosystem for artisans, which includes:

A hosted bio-link mini-website.

A WhatsApp-integrated web store.

An online business directory.

Added value services (branding, marketing strategies, and event management).

3. User Account Responsibilities
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering your business.

Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Content: You own all the craft images and descriptions you upload. However, you grant Kraftscart LTD a non-exclusive license to display this content in our directory and marketing materials to promote your business.

4. Prohibited Conduct
Users of Kraftscart LTD agree NOT to:

Post illegal, fraudulent, or counterfeit goods.

Impersonate other artisans or brands.

Use the Service to distribute spam or malicious software.

Engage in any activity that disrupts the \"Low Data\" optimization of our servers.

5. Payments and Subscriptions
Billing: Subscriptions for the Market Leader and Global Exporter plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion, typically within 7 days of the initial transaction.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. WhatsApp Checkout and Third-Party Tools
Kraftscart LTD facilitates the connection between you and your customers via WhatsApp.

Transaction Responsibility: Kraftscart is not a party to the final transaction. We do not handle the physical delivery of goods or the resolution of disputes between artisans and customers.

Third-Party Terms: Your use of WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp's own terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Kraftscart LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits from sales.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abia State, Nigeria.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the email or WhatsApp number associated with your account.
