1. Subscription and Setup Purchases
Kraftscart provides specialized digital services and personalized \\"Done-For-You\\" onboarding. Because our team begins work on your branding, product uploads, and directory listing immediately upon payment,refunds are generally not providedonce the concierge setup process has started or the service has been activated.
2. Trial Periods
We encourage artisans to start with our\\"Rising Artisan\\" (Free)plan to explore our bio-link features before upgrading to a paid tier. Once you upgrade to a paid subscription, the fee covers the immediate allocation of our design and technical resources and is non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Cases
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as a major technical failure that prevents your storefront from being accessed, which our support team is unable to resolve within 7 business days. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Kraftscart subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your professional bio-link and WhatsApp store will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time within a month.
5. Payment Disputes
If you notice a billing error, please reach out to Kraftscart Support immediately. We prefer to resolve issues directly with our community of artisans. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may lead to the temporary suspension of your digital storefront and directory listing.
6. Changes to This Policy
Kraftscart LTD reserves the right to update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services or local regulations. Any modifications will be posted here and will apply to all active subscriptions immediately.
